Minnesota's largest mutual aid network had no web presence. I designed and built their entire digital platform — from a trilingual public website to a full content management system.
Neighbors Helping Neighbors was doing massive community work — coordinating hundreds of volunteers, processing rent assistance, connecting families with resources — but had zero digital infrastructure. No website. No way for the public to find them, apply for help, or volunteer.
An organization serving thousands of people in the Twin Cities had no front door.
NHN went from no web presence to a platform that serves thousands of people — with a team that can manage it all themselves. The organization now processes 70+ requests daily.
"From literally nothing to a complete digital presence — designed, built, and handed over."
